As much an open-air laboratory as vineyard is where Bonanini Sauele Heydi spends his days creating, studying, and experimenting with great passion and tenacity. Before his arrival this area Cinque Terre was abandoned. He decided to clean the fields and restore the old vineyards and plant new ones, propagating the vines he’d found. In few years he transformed his favorite hobby into his main job. “I risked it, but now I am proud of what I built and what I will do". From a few bottles to 20,000 bottles per year and 12 different labels (2 more to arrive) the idea is to keep recovering native vineyards and produce natural wines that tell of the territory and who is taking care of it.
